Add and subtract 10 degrees from your climate's monthly averages. Do you prefer the warmer version or colder version? Or is it good as is?

Here's mine:

10 F warmer:

January 44/24
February 48/26
March 57/35
April 69/45
May 80/55
June 88/64
July 93/69
August 92/67
September 84/59
October 73/47
November 61/40
December 49/31

10 F cooler:

January 24/4
February 28/6
March 37/15
April 49/25
May 60/35
June 68/44
July 73/49
August 72/47
September 64/39
October 53/27
November 41/20
December 29/11

I'm content with the way my climate is, though summers are on the warm side. I'd definitely prefer the cooler version. Looks perfect actually. Guaranteed winters with tons of snow and crisp summers.

The warmer version is okay, but the summers would be too long and hot. September would be equivalent to my current climate's July. Actually doesn't look much different than Washington DC.

Here's mine:
Littleton, CO

Here's mine:

10 F warmer:

January 54/27
February 57/31
March 62/36
April 71/44
May 81/54
June 92/63
July 98/69
August 96/67
September 87/58
October 76/47
November 62/35
December 55/29

10 F cooler:

January 34/7
February 37/11
March 42/16
April 51/24
May 61/34
June 72/43
July 78/49
August 76/47
September 67/38

Nah, I think I like it the way it is. I do get a variety even though the summer is better cooler, winter would be brutal. I like the pace it goes.

Where do you get those monthly listings, both of your replies looks like it was copied/pasted from a source.

I found ours on our local NWS, but it shows everyday, not monthly.

Well I found this on weather.com for our area... (had to do a lot of deleting though)

actual averages (which IMO are always much higher than these!)

Jan 44°F 24°F
Feb 49°F 27°F
Mar 58°F 35°F
Apr 67°F 42°F
May 75°F 51°F
Jun 82°F 60°F (alot of 90s this month - the average low seems way to low according to this)
Jul 85°F 65°F (this seems bogus, as we always have alot of highs in 90s lows in 70s in July year after year!)
Aug 84°F 62°F (again, we see alot of 90s in August, with lows in the 70s, this seems wrong)
Sep 79°F 55°F
Oct 68°F 42°F
Nov 57°F 34°F
Dec 48°F 27°F

10°F warmer

Jan 54°F 34°F
Feb 59°F 37°F
Mar 68°F 45°F
Apr 77°F 52°F
May 85°F 61°F
Jun 92°F 70°F
Jul 95°F 75°F
Aug 94°F 72°F
Sep 89°F 65°F
Oct 78°F 52°F
Nov 67°F 44°F
Dec 58°F 37°F

I prefer the 10° warmer in the winter, keep the summer averages the same, lol.

For NYC, if I could warm up 10F from September to May and leave summer as it is, that would be ideal. I don't want highs in the 90s, espcially given the humidity that we have.

I'm happy with mine as is, 10 warmer would make winter a little better maybe but summers way too warm. 10 cooler would not be good as winter is cold enough now and I would not like the summers any cooler.
