Very warm and dry as the ridge sits off the coast. NOAA is predicting it will move off by mid month allowing the rain to return. I hope this is an accurate forecast!

It's not surprising, it's way too windy in your area to get a frost, as well as England and Ireland.
These conditions don't allow thermal inversions at night.
-1 now, with windchill it's like -30, I think they said you could get frostbite in 10 minutes. Well I heard that was this morning, but still...
