Synop report summary

A pretty boring month, that ended with a few quite cold nights. Nothing interesting happened though. No snow fell at all, which was annoying as everywhere seemed to get at least some snow, but all we had was rain.

Alexandria, LA narrowly missed making the list of its top 10 coldest years (going back to 1892).

The average mean for 2014 was 65.2F, just 0.1F from making the top 10 list.

If to talk about the whole year of 2014 most of areas in Europe have had above average temperatures and so did my area (especially February and March) but however I think we can not overrate that famous climate warming- here on a NOAA map you can for instance see the anomalies of fall 2014- you can see that eastern parts of Europe did not had anything above average, that is only western side which had. As well in the place I live -eastern part of Estonia-everything was just usual:http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/product...ing/3ctan1.png

As well for instance Ireland got it´s usual temperatures.
