Do you consider central Indiana to be a mild or cold four season climate? (snow, average)

Do fellow cd members on the weather forum consider central Indiana over all to be a cold cool or mild four season climate and if so why?

Can't really be seen as a truly cold climate due to the lack of sticking snow, but otherwise, it feels like a four season climate overall, but then again, Indiana has residential demand just like anywhere else!
