He's Canadian, not American...lol.

And the US was actually founded by a large German component, so we have a lot in common with them. Part of my heritage is German, that part of my family tree has been traced back to 1750 when they came over on the boat.

I know that but everytime they visit Europe the first place they go to is Germany. I seriously don't get what the fascination is.

I'm not, I'm going to Paris. I've been to the UK (ages ago), but that doesn't count as Europe, does it?

Lol idk but they always seem to start at Germany. I've never been there and I don't know too many people who have either, infact there are no direct flights to Germany from here so that goes to show.

I really don't even know what you would do there lol.

Actually save from the language its probably quite similar which is why I am wondering why and what I would go there for.

Its like I have never really bothered touring England because its the exact same as here so what is the point. I only go to countries that are different.

The European countries I want to visit are:

Switzerland
Iceland
Norway
Greece
Cyprus
Portugal
Malta
