I'm guessing that summer is wet and winter is fairly dry, so it does have seasonality if the weather is reasonably different every July compared to January which it is.
Definitely; summer is consistently hot and humid with lotsa thunderstorms.
Winter is usually warm (but usually not hot) and much less humid with substantially less rain and more variable in temperature with potential for cold snaps.
It's a tropical bordering subtropical wet-and-dry climate

As someone who lives here, there is definite seasons. Summer is always hot and humid, winters while short are more variably. First they tend to be drier, less humid, and temperatures I'd genuinely call "comfortable" (around 78-82) however we get cool and chilly every now and then we cold fronts sent our daytime temps to the lower 70s or even 60s. Overnight temps tend to be in the low 60s or crisp in the mid 50s, however likewise a cold front can send them to the upper 40s for 1 or 2 nights.

In Miami it was 42F according to accuWeather. No data on Miami Beach, but on that cold night in February I would saw it was 47 or something as our coldest temp.
According to NOAA the low temperature on Feb, 20, 2015 was 42F in Miami Beach, Florida...I live on Key Biscayne and I recorded an low of 39F. The urban heat island especially around the airport is stronger than you think!
Another good example of the Urban heat island is Jan, 10, 2010. The Airport recorded a low of 35F that night while 2 out of 6 stations on Miami Beach recorded a low of 32F and the one used by noaa recorded 34F. My PWS on Key Biscayne recorded 32F that night!
