I would have assumed that's normal. Looks like 3 is the normal, but I'm sure six isn't unheard of.

Strongest +NAO on record didn't produce a warm winter here as it should have according to the graphic below... It was trumped by the warm blob in the North Pacific which caused us a cold Jan/Feb east of the Mississippi

Zeroes all across the board for me for every statistic here. Yeah, I live in an exciting climate.

66 snow cover at some point of day
A tad over 60 inches
No idea for frosts and such but I think every day of february and maybe everyday of january. February averaged far below
an ice day.
