Haha for me Cowra has a kind of Subtropical climate... It doesn't differ very much from climates like Rome (talking about temperature averages, not rain) which are pure Mediterranean/Subtropical hehehe.

I'll give Cowra 55/100 (C in the American qualification)
I choose Oranjestad, Aruba: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oranjestad,_Aruba#Climate

Off topic: I know those are personal ratings but who can rate Lanzarote's climate as D? Only for the rain amount? and living a winter with T-Shirt and a mild summer with maximum mean averages of 28-29C are bad temps? Oh God, I would LOVE to get a job on Lanzarote and move now from the Netherlands, even if it's the half of what I am earning right now. Only for living in that entourage, full of Coconuts and gold sand beaches... On December, you get out from the job and go to take a swim in the beach, then you go to your house to eat a fresh Coconut from your garden... OMG how much I miss my vacation on Lanzarote... Definetly the perfect land for living from living in Netherlands I get sick of the rain, I need somewhere where it doesn't rain, but it's not overwhelmingly hot... And that place is Lanzarote!

YES! Cowra is very similar to Rome, but without Mediterranean precpitation pattern

Oranjestad is F, I don't like hot weather.

Port Elizabeth, South Africa

Eureka is a D because it's a bit extreme.

Lanzarote gets an F from me. I'd easily take six months of snow cover and sub -20C temps over gold sand beaches and coconuts.

Viedma gets a D. Way too warm all year, too sunny, and a bit dry.

D: the main problem is the winter, which is cold.

E. The snowy winter saves it from an F. The summer is hopeless though.
