Summers are too humid. Winters too cold. Too wet all year round.

One of the more better southern climates with the usual flaws: summers too humid, winters too variable and prone to cold. I'm guessing by the water breezes might make the hot day more tolerable? Outside of summer and the colder winter days, temperatures look very pleasant.

probably but what surprised me about this place was how low the average low in the summer is for a place right on the ocean.

Too prone to extreme cold given the coastal location and warm ocean. Ice days at this location is proof it is a flawed subtropical climate.

It's too wet overall, and the record lows could be warmer, everything else is good.
