Yakutsk is unliveable and Crozet Islands is really depressing.

All 3 have major cons but I have to pick Yakutsk because even though the winters are freezing the summers arn't that bad. High of 25 C and low of 12C in July for Somewhere 62N just seems weird but It's good. I'm love 4 season climates too. Although the cons are winters are too cold below -30C and dry and summers are sunny.

Corzet Islands don't have a real summer or a real winter. Climate it too mild and too gloomy. Precipitation is decent.

Phoeniami is the worst it's just too hot.
