1 pound =3500 calories and most adult men burn on average about 2500 calories/day.. so that bike ride +2500 =6000 calories to maintain weight!
I think my daily usage of calories is about 2800, 3300 when I go to the gym
You must weigh very similar to me my daily usage is about 2900 calories.....can be up to 4500 when I go on long runs, about 3500 when I use the gym.

88 miles? I think it's very possible that you burned 3570 calories....I would burn 760 calories biking an hour at 13 mph....so you biking like 6-7 hours it seems possible for you to burn that much.
