C is the perfect amount of seasonal variation for me, without anything too extreme.

Option A, I'll take comfortable temperatures over heat. That first option is near ideal for me, looks like a subtropical highland. There are climates I prefer to subtropical highlands but they are pretty good despite my preferences.

D would be my personal favorite, so I voted for it. But B and C are the most subtropical in my opinion. A is bordering on tropical, still subtropical in my opinion but bump those temps up just a few degrees and it's tropical. D is still subtropical, but showing some continental influence.

I don't really like any of them.

For me, it's a tie between 'A' and 'D'.

If I can't have reasonably cold/snowy winters, I'll just take the one with the coolest summers.

I would choose 'D' given low humidity in summer with a daily temp range of 30F. At least it has snow in winter.

Since I visit sub-tropical areas in winter, I do want them to be warm. Reliably warm. My reason to visit is generally to take a break from winter.

I want it to be warm while on vacation in the sub-tropics. Warm in February.

I have four seasons here - which is my preference. I don't need to escape any season but the end of winter. And then, 2 weeks will suffice.
