U.S. Marines in Norway learn how to drift tanks on snow - UPI.com

They are at Rena, inland North of Oslo in a valley. A good choice for winter cold as it is one of the coldest towns in Southern Norway in winter:

Broke a sweat walking around my neighborhood in the mid 60s F. I can feel the increase in sun angle now that it's late February.

Your UV index is a 4 now. Here it's 5 and in savannah Georgia a 6! 6 is high territory.

When I'm traveling to the deep south, it's usually around Savannah that the sun becomes noticeably stronger. North Carolina didn't seem too different from here.

Boke. I hate when the other tenants are partying when i'm trying to 'sperging out, rediculous. This was supposed to be a dorm for rich brats but this is an anomoly. I think I'll have to cook (putting a pizza in the oven) as I know how to do that. Luckily my dad comes with his Airbus to pick me up next weekend so I can go back home to see some snow and go hating on my sister. Woop woop!

Yeah as is evidenced by our uv index being only 1 higher than you and savannah 2 higher.
