Tottenham recorded 21.1c. I'd much rather the temps be stable and mild/warm, than have hot one week and cold the next.

Depends on your def of cold. I would have no problem with our winter staying around 10F on either side of average temps. I would love it actually. But it just never happens except maybe in some freak year I haven't found yet. In Western Europe it is the freak year that temps exceed 20F or more from average. Here, that happens almost every single winter. That is what I strongly dislike.

Yeah but we have every climate type in Europe here and more.Doesn't make It better just makes It more likely to have a climate that fits you.
