I know that this climate has been done twice (not counting the "improved" Melbourne). Unfortunately, we had a troll who made multiple accounts just to give it an F. He did this on BOTH of the climate polls for Melbourne. And the amount of F's were uncannily high and they didn't do the polls any justice!

Why not have a fresh, clean thread on Melbourne's climate.

I vote C like always. Pretty tame averages, but the variety we get sometimes is great.

Btw, the troll is *still* around.

Yes, but he probably wouldn't do it. Considering that the mods would suspect him & delete his "host" account. And he's not going to like that.

I give it a D. I find it a bit too hot, but mostly alright.

I'll give it a B. The temperatures are near perfect, thought I don't like how schizophrenic the summers are. Also the climate is too dry especially the winter.

How is 150 days of rain "too dry"? Especially the winter, when that season gets 15-16 days of rain per month...

I don't understand why people hate this climate so much, the summers being bipolar are the only real issue here. It's cloudy but at least it's mild for the most part. At least it isn't Bangkok or even New Orleans for that matter.

Better even, at least it isn't like Western Europe. For an oceanic climate, Melbourne is still relatively sunny and warm (if you prefer the warmth).

Only 80 days (Essendon) at 1.0mm or more.
