I really cannot choose between those.
This one might be easier for you to choose a city. //www.city-data.com/forum/weath...te-battle.html

Pyongyang for having snow in winter and the coolest summers.

Havana and Vientiane are nearly a tie but I'll give a slight edge to Havana for being drier and I think having a bit more sunshine based on nearby Key West.

Hanoi is next... too gloomy overall and a bit on the wet side but not bad.

Beijing and Pyongyang are total failures as far as climate goes.

I'll choose Pyongyang, because it's the best one out of all the options. Still a C+ climate at best though.

To choose the best climate out of the five, in your personal opinion.

I chose Beijing, although its winters are way too cold, and summers too humid. It's just the most balanced due to my personal preferences.

I guess I was asking what is the point of trying to correlate weather to a political system.

Pyongyang. Beijing's too dry, and the rest of them are too hot.

Havana is the worst, I considered Beijing, Pyongyang and Hanoi. The Vietnamese capital is my favorite climate.
