Beijing/Pyongyang - Winters too cold, summers too humid
Vientiane - Hot and humid all year round
Havana - Humid, warm and wet
Hanoi - Gloomy with humidly hot summers
Havana and Vientiane are nearly a tie but I'll give a slight edge to Havana for being drier and I think having a bit more sunshine based on nearby Key West.
Hanoi is next... too gloomy overall and a bit on the wet side but not bad.
Beijing and Pyongyang are total failures as far as climate goes.
Havana is the worst, I considered Beijing, Pyongyang and Hanoi. The Vietnamese capital is my favorite climate.
