But don't worry northeasterners, all we need is just 7 days in a month above normal and we'll end up above normal on paper.
Did you miss that the first two models that cg posted had us BELOW average?

Muggy today. Severe thunderstorm warnings in southern Kentucky, and it looks like some additional cells are beginning to fire in my area.

75F here at noon and dewpoint of 71F. I wonder if we will go three straight days without reaching 80F. NWS calls for 83F but TWC shows only 78F for today's high.

Overcast right now, but getting a little brighter. 80% chance of t'storms.

Must be rare in June for that to happen, though it's still the beginning of the month.

Probably about as rare as Lexington staying below 70F the first 3 days of June. (what happened in 2015)

Didn't you have a high of like 58 F last June? lol

I wouldn't mind experiencing that type of weather in June, though I wouldn't want it to be the norm.

Almost. June 2 had a high of exactly 60°.

It was brief though, all the hourly updates were in the 50s:

90 with a dew point of 74 here! Gorgeous day. Doesn't feel hot even though the heat index is 100!!!!!!!!!!
