To go with deneb's poll about which climate feels colder in winter, let's do one about summer, which do you think would feel hotter in summer? Both have similar daily means but very different summer climates.
Don't pick the climate YOU would prefer but the one you THINK would feel hotter in summer overall (July and August since June is still rather considered spring in Redding).
A) Redding, California:
Much hotter daytime highs but cooler daytime lows with generally low humidity
Redding would feel hotter. I imagine coastal Florida being very windy, which would take the edge off the heat index.
Ridiculous post. You clearly have never been to coastal Florida....like ever.
Anyways, a "breeze" doesn't do anything when it's 32 C with a 24 C dew point. Why do people love to exaggerate the "breeze" here? Usually people who haven't came here at all are the ones who go on about the "breeze"....
Fort Lauderdale, because it's hotter and more humid. Redding has warmer high temperatures, but the heat indices in Fort Lauderdale shouldn't be far off from those numbers.

I've been to Tampa, and Cape Canaveral. It was breezy quite a lot.
Definitely Fort Lauterdale would feel nastier, with the humidity, high minima, and sun angle (I mistakenly voted for Redding though, thinking it was asking which one I'd prefer to live in during summer).
