from what i've read, the now dead guy spat on him. not saying he deserved it, but it appears to be more of an accident.
The police says that the dead guy spit on the ground and walked away. The neo-nazi took a 10 m spurt and kicked him in the chest and the victim fell on the pavement hitting his head.
