Both have their dry seasons in the summer, with Lanai's climate being wetter in every month except for March.

Even with the greater evapotranspiration potential (temperature), Lanai still looks more lush on street view, sporting unique conifer trees throughout the area.

Damn! I wanted to put a Streetview image of Lanai City on the guess the place game. Lanai City for me. Nigh seasonless climates (temp wise) need warmer temperatures. And of course more precip and no severe dry season are a plus.

Lanai for being warmer and for having a less severe dry season and still a low amount of rain days.

Morro Bay since it at least has dropped below freezing. Both are god awfully boring though.
