I live in NW Oregon. From late fall thru spring we have a lot of cloudiness. For some people it creates a low lever depression by not seeing the sun. I learned this year that places like Phoenix experience the same thing only it's because all they have is sun and they yearn for some clouds and rain.
I find that I have trouble sleeping more than just a few hours a day in summer when the lows are around 20c or if the highs are above 30c. I haven't had a good night's sleep since May.
Why don't you get an air conditioner, at least for your bedroom?
One thing I noticed about me is that when it's raining and cool, I get headaches for some reason (of course, I have to be out in the rain). When I stay longer in the cold rain, I would eventually get migraines and nausea.
I know some people who get diarrhea from both extreme heat and cold.
How are you effected?
That's pretty funny. I don't think I've gotten diarrhea from certain weather conditions, but I have gotten it from drinking and eating KFC in conditions ranging from hot to cold.
I noticed that I start coughing quite a bit when I run the aircon for several consecutive days. The other day I was outside most of the night in temps of -4C and got these short-lived mild headaches.
29 C and humid weather in December turns me into a homicidal maniac, does that count?
All Alex wants for Christmas is a flight ticket... to Nain
