It's not much of a difference, Atlanta's avg July dewpoint is still like 69-70° which is still super muggy imo
Yupp, I wouldn't be surprised if springs on the east coast were the worst in the entire world for the latitude. Yes, worse than East Asia. There is a reason New England is famous for its fall; because the springs suck ass. Toronto has an average high of 4.7 in March, Hamilton is 4.3, Syracuse is 6.2, Binghamton is 5.6, etc. Shenyang in China is significantly colder in the winter, but somehow has warmer March and April than all of the aforementioned places. March and April are extremely important to how long a winter feels, and if you grow up on the east coast, by the Great Lakes, you certainly know that winter can drag on forever
True but ....I still prefer New England and Great Lakes climates over any climate in China.
You are just looking at one month...march, and I agree...if there was month I could tweak it would be
march, the rest of the year is fine. imo we have very good falls, and our summers are far superior to China.
China summers are a mess, way too much monsoon rain.
China....too dry winter....too rainy summer.....NA much more even = better.
Adjacent Lake Erie is cold until June, no sunshine from October through April, and lake effect snow all winter. Winter is from November through early May. No spring at all, just winter, summer, and fall. Even fall can be crappy due to lake-effect clouds and rain after cold fronts when the weather would otherwise be crisp, dry, and sunny. Summers are humid but don't get warm enough to avoid feeling clammy.
I used to live there. It's definitely a "climate ripoff" for a place at the same latitude as Rome, Italy.

Yup, it's frustrating to live on the same latitude as Barcelona or Napoli but to have a climate that is a million times worse
Bologna is a rip off because places south of us in the USA see a bunch of snow every winter while we haven't had any since february 2015 despite having a 3c average in January.
At least the rest of the year is not a rip off.
