I vote for Pleven, due to the colder winters. Pleven has warmer summers than I like, but still not bad. Pleven winters + Mennheim summers, that would be ideal climate in my opinion.

Mannheim is the best in everything (except winter temperatures), but it lacks sunshine. Assuming Florina gets over 2000h of sunshine, that will be my pick as the others are more humid in the summer.

Here's a good idea for a poll: pick five nearly-identical climates and get people to nitpick between them for days on end.

Also, to make it more interesting, only two shall have sunshine stats.

Fair Verona of course, it's only where romeo and Juliet was set in. Verona all the way.

I don't know about Pleven's sunshine, but everything else is almost near-perfect to me.

The others are good, but not quite as perfect.

Zajecar. Nic variable records, relatively dry, pleasantly cool nights in summer and warmer days than pleven. Could have warmer summer days and be drier and a lot sunnier but a pretty solid B climate. One of the better European ones. Pleven is a C+, Florina a C, Verona C and Mannheim a C-.

I agree, climate of Pleven is very good, but summers are a bit warmer than I like. Craiova in Romania has even better climate in my opinion than Pleven, very similar but Craiova has a bit fresher summers. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Craiova#Climate

This one is good as well. I prefer summer lows to be in the 16-18c range and highs around 28-30c. Also, those january temps are perfect, much better than our pathetic 0/6c here. The cool thing is that March / April warm up almost as quickly as here and september is still warm, just like here.
