I like that the average temperature of the coldest month is -1/-3c , and average temperature of the warmest month 19-21c. Climate of Požega city in western Serbia is very close to my ideal climate. What are you think? https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Požega_(Serbie)#Climat

Was about to say that.

My idea for the next climate battle poll:

Dublin vs London vs Brussels vs Amsterdam

I want to make one as well, and I'm going to make it pretty much all about the region of Europe that I live in. Please rank Copenhagen, Malmö, Oslo, Stockholm, and then a random German city like Rostock, just to not make it obvious that they're all in Scandinavia.

You forgot Kaliningrad!

Other good suggestions:

Portland vs Salem vs Eugene
Winnipeg vs Brandon vs Regina vs Saskatoon
Montréal vs Québec City vs Ottawa vs Fredericton
Málaga vs Valencia vs Barcelona vs Palma de Mallorca
Oakland vs Berkeley vs Santa Cruz vs Salinas
Raleigh vs Charleston vs Charlotte vs Atlanta

Then he chose a multiple choice one too just to make matters worse...

This one is pretty good but summer lows are too cool for my tastes. However, winters are really good and not too long.

I don't know, is it really better to make polls like Miami Vs. London or Mecca Vs. Juneau ? Just saying, those might be similar but there are actual differences. That's probably more interesting than the climate battles of two climates which are completely different to begin with.

If climates are very similar it's better to do a straight up battle between them, because the more similar climates there are in unison the more likely it is that two identical climates eat up votes from each other, when A or B would've been more popular than C.

Zajecar is one of the warmest cities in Serbia in summer(maximum daily temperature). But minimum daily temperature in Zajecar are quite fresh. In summer time in Zajecar is very often that minimum daily temperature is 12-13c, and maximum 35-36c. Singularity of Zajecar climate is large amplitude between minimum and maximum daily temperatures, mainly in the summer, spring and autumn. Also Zajecar is the driest city in Serbia during the summer. In summer time thunderstorms are rare in Zajecar.

I think it's much more interesting to compare similar climates, than totally different climates. Is not interesting in my opinion climate battle between New Delhi and Novosibirsk, or Riyadh and Moscow.

Here are mine that I've done:

Liverpool (NS, Canada) vs Liverpool (ENG)
San Francisco vs Bilbao
Moncton vs Bremen
Pamplona vs San Sebastián vs Zaragoza
Portland (Maine) vs A Coruña

In other words, some overlapping but not overly similar
