Let's see if this is actually true. I said it was October 19 before not knowing we would get to 70 in mid November. This is a much better time for the last 70 degree day than mid October. Sometime in late November is my ideal last 70 so extremely good this year.

You seriously thought the first high below 80 F would be October 3rd? Don't you think that's a bit overly ambitious and hopeful? A more realistic prediction would be late October. Highs below 80 F before mid-October aren't likely.

I admit that that one was a bit over ambitious but not really by more than a couple days...if I were using airport numbers I agree that it would be nearly impossible but I though we were get a early October front (models were aggressive with this idea) and that I might get a 79F High from it.
So a new year, and in about 5-6 weeks time the first signs of spring will be upon us.
