Pretty sure high temps were intended target, otherwise, we would qualify if it were means, our normal mean temp tomorrow is 56° (13.3°C)

Think you'd like Vegas better: yes, they get more freezes but it's MUCH sunnier and warms up more quickly in spring with guaranteed nights by the pool all summer (impossible anywhere in the Bay Area, even in the inland areas that get highs in the 80s in summer chill back to the 50s at night).
