About friggin time. It's just spotty here but so nice to see. I went 79 hours straight without seeing the sun.

Clouds finally pushing East and clearing out.

Tomorrow should be amazing!

76 and sunny with a 46 dew. While everyone else in the northeast is stuck with clouds and 60s, this is the 4th straight day of high 70s and sun here.

On two separate occasions today, it clouded over, sprinkled for 1-2 minutes and then returned to sunshine.

Looks like this month will finish with 0 90s, 2 80s, 10 70s and 10 sub-60 highs, 2 sub-50 highs, no freezes and 3 lows in the 60s. Every day since the 11th has topped 60, every day since the 20th has topped 66 and 6 of the last 9 days have reached 75.

As for rain, 5.29" and 16th wettest seem to be the final stats.
