Absolutely F for me.

Too much rain & rainy days. Too much humidity. Too cold in winters. Too cool in the other seasons.

F. Way too much cold rain, too much snow, too cloudy, too cold in the summer. Probably few thunderstorms and it's probably pretty stable.

Blah climate. Good winters but summers are terrible, especially the nights. I'm familiar with the region, it's a winter wonderland more often than not despite the rather frequent rain.

It's not that stable, at least for western European standards. Due to the local geography, temperature differences between clear/calm nights and cloudy or windy ones are often very pronounced. For example, this month, they had 24°F and -22°F lows back to back and then -16°F to 24°F one day later:
Climatologie mensuelle en janvier 2017 à LA BREVINE | climatologie depuis 1900 - Infoclimat

Or in summer: this past August had a 88°F high two days after a 33°F low, or 37°F and 3°F diurnal ranges on two consecutive days (8th and 9th):
Climatologie mensuelle en août 2016 à LA BREVINE | climatologie depuis 1900 - Infoclimat

As for thunderstorms, it should get at least 30 per year according to this Météo France map, as nearby Besançon gets 30 and the Jura is a tad more prone to storms than the Saône plain (La Brévine is right next ot the border):

Winter gets too much precipitation (especially cold rain), and the rest of the year is too cool with too many rain days (except July-September).
