I give it a B.
Summer is too cool, and it's a little too dry year round, but the winters are probably fairly snowy. It looks like a beautiful place. I find most of former Yugoslavia to have some of the best climates in Europe; it's a shame that that area has been racked by violence in recent decades.
I agree, former Yugoslavia has a great climate. Winters are colder than in Italy, Iberian peninsula and western Europe. Summers are warmer than in western Europe, but not so hot such as Spain, Greece, Portugal and Turkey. Sarajevo has a great climate, capital with the best climate in Europe I think. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarajevo#Climate

Well, much of Portugal is not hot during summers. Much of the country has an Oceanic climate, but also at the interior on the middle south of the country is really hot, like in Castelo Branco which has a maximum average of 34ºC in July. Btw for me Sarajevo is not even on the 10th best climates in European capitals. I think that the best by far is Athens, followed by Rome. I don't like cold winters tho.

Someone corrects me if I'm wrong, but I think that average temperature in North America did not increase so much as in Europe in period 1961-1990 in relation to the period 1981-2010.
Quite a solid climate for a low lying city in Europe. I give it a B-. As usual winter are too mild and there are fewer precipitations than I would like, and summers have too cool minima. The exremes are perfect. Solid climate at 43° C, the best of Serbia I have yet seen. I realize just not much time ago that Eastern Europe is actually is far more "normal" (less mitigated) compared to Western Europe.

Summer nights are pretty cold. In Sjenica snow did not fall only in July. Average temperatures for Sjenica in period 1949-1985(from Serbian Hydrometeorological Service) are: January -5c, February -3,2c, March 1c, April 6,1c, May 11c, June 13,9c, July 15,4c, August 15,2c, September 11,8c, October 7,1c, November 2,6c, December -2,1c. In village Karajukića Bunari(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karajukića_Bunari) near Sjenica, average temperatures for period 1949-1985 are: January -6c, February -4,4c, March 0,1c, April 5,5c, May 10,4c, June 13,6c, July 15c, August 14,8c, September 11,6c, October 6,7c, November 1,8c, December -3c.
I am complaining about how our Met Office only publishes averages of Provincial Capitals. Towns don't publish their averages. The Town Göle would have an average low of -20℃ in January. Göle is like Siberia (Western Siberia).

What is the elevatiaon of Göle?
