F, the climate seems similar to some of the maritimes of Canada, like Halifax or St John's

Too cold and no dry season

I agree, former Yugoslavia has a great climate. Winters are colder than in Italy, Iberian peninsula and western Europe. Summers are warmer than in western Europe, but not so hot such as Spain, Greece, Portugal and Turkey. Sarajevo has a great climate, capital with the best climate in Europe I think. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarajevo#Climate

Well, much of Portugal is not hot during summers. Much of the country has an Oceanic climate, but also at the interior on the middle south of the country is really hot, like in Castelo Branco which has a maximum average of 34ºC in July. Btw for me Sarajevo is not even on the 10th best climates in European capitals. I think that the best by far is Athens, followed by Rome. I don't like cold winters tho.

You're right, Portugal does not have such a warm summers because of oceanic influence. Lisbon has much better summers than Seville or Cordoba. Andalusia has the hottest summers in Europe. Summers in Seville are too hot. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seville#Climate Lisbon has a similar summers as Serbian town Kikinda https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kikinda#Climate https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisbon#Climate

Incredible how much average temperature has risen in period 1981-2010 in relation to the period 1961-1990.

1961-1990 https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sjenica#Climat

1981-2010 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sjenica#Climate

Someone corrects me if I'm wrong, but I think that average temperature in North America did not increase so much as in Europe in period 1961-1990 in relation to the period 1981-2010.

Quite a solid climate for a low lying city in Europe. I give it a B-. As usual winter are too mild and there are fewer precipitations than I would like, and summers have too cool minima. The exremes are perfect. Solid climate at 43° C, the best of Serbia I have yet seen. I realize just not much time ago that Eastern Europe is actually is far more "normal" (less mitigated) compared to Western Europe.

I am complaining about how our Met Office only publishes averages of Provincial Capitals. Towns don't publish their averages. The Town Göle would have an average low of -20℃ in January. Göle is like Siberia (Western Siberia).
