It would too. I'll do your Glasgow/Harbin one tomorrow - should I call it Glasbin or Hargow?

Turpan easily.... Turpan has good winters and summers and Tofino has no seasons that are good.

Turpan has good winters...I’ll agree with that ....but I would say Turpan summers are good.
Average july high 103F is too hot.

Crazy hot summer for almost 43N and I bet nowhere else has average september high over 30C (87F)
that far north...also average october high of almost 22C (72F) is impressive too but I think some places in
Europe at about the same latitude are as warm, like Nice, Monte Carlo or Split.

TOFINO, EASILY!

Turpan has one of the worst inhabitable climates on Earth Summers are almost as hot as Phoenix, winters are as cold as the northern Great Plains. Very little rain, ever, just unpleasant temperatures for half the year.

Tofino might have pathetic crummers but at least it gets impressive rain totals, and hey, better sun hours than London

Tofino is better. Turpan is just an extreme hypercontinental desert with very hot summers and very cold winters. Tofino has tolerable weather year-round although I agree the summers suck.
