This one is tough for me. There's no 60s and sun anywhere and the only area with 70s its humid with storms possible...

This one is tough since there's no sunny and 50s/60s/70s.

New Jersey, Maryland, West Virginia and Kentucky are immediately out.

Overcast and 50s are out too. So no Delaware or Pennsylvania.

I guess I'll go with Virginia. Severe storms may be interesting.

I'll take Rochester with 51 and sunny over any of these options.

Southern Virginia for me. Love warm, humid, and cloudy weather.

Virginia sounds absolutely perfect; great temperatures, no sun and a chance for severe storms, what more could you ask for?

I'll go with Virginia -cloudy, thunder and 70c sounds the best option. 60s and sun would be the ideal for this time of year.

70c sounds great, melting on the spot.
