Vancouver's average high temperature in its coldest month is 6C..It is also cloudy and humid here in winter. I wonder if Lima's 16C feels the same

Well probably not 😳😳😳 but I think 6° on a nice sunny day with low humidity in NYC will feel better than 16° on a cloudy humid day in Lima with Pacific breezes and shuvia
