Malazgirt: -8°C

Capital of Muş Province: -2.9°C



What Google says:

Malazgirt: -4°C

Capital of Muş Province: -7°C


Thank Goodness for having the official averages of Malazgirt.

It is funny how Google shows a forecast low of +3°C for Kaş, Antalya Province this week.

In the website of Met Office, the lowest one is +10°C.

When Met Office was showing 15.9°C for Kaş, Google was saying 8°C.


Even January Average Low in Kaş is +9.2°C

It has warmer winters than Capital of Antalya.

Hakkari: +5.2°C

Yüksekova: +1.2°C


Weather Channel:

Hakkari: -3°C

Yüksekova: -1°C


When I type Hakkari Merkez Weather (Merkez means Center) and Yüksekova Weather on Google, Google Page says that Hakkari is -5°C and Yüksekova is -2°C.

Edit:

Hakkari Merkez means "Capital of Hakkari Province" in that sentence

Turkish Met Office: +5°C

Google Page: -6°C

Weather Channel is showing 2 different points for places

Hakkari was both -3°C and -2°C (only a degree goes up)

Yüksekova was both -1°C and 0°C (only a degree goes up)

In both ways, Hakkari is 2°C colder.

Both -3°C and -2°C are way off from +5.2°C

8°C Off or 7°C Off from official weather station doesn't make much difference

And When Official weather stations show Yüksekova is 4°C colder than Hakkari,

Weather Channel says Hakkari is 2°C colder than Yüksekova.

It was how they were at 5 am (towards morning) when I posted.

Google also showed -15°C for Ardahan (adding the word Merkez) when Turkish State Meteorological Service showed -3°C for Ardahan some while ago at night time.

Next time I put screen shots when the difference is so huge since links are already above.

Current temps dont stay the same all day.

Currently Google says -4°C adding the word "Merkez" which adds 2°C coldness to what it says for Ardahan.

Google does the same thing with Hakkari too, another provincial capital, when I add the word Merkez (adding 2°C coldness, which increases the difference with Yüksekova by 2°C).



Turkish State Met Service shows -0.3°C for Ardahan Merkez (Ardahan Central District) at the moment.


Also when I look at Google for Hakkari and Yüksekova, it shows Hakkari colder than Yüksekova when Turkish Met Service shows Yüksekova colder than Hakkari, which I mentioned above.

Weather Channel also shows Hakkari colder than Yüksekova.

Also temp started droping in official weather station in Ardahan, Google Page doesnt change now.

I'll make one more edit:

The night when Ardahan was around -3°C on Turkish State Meteorological Service but -15°C on Google,

That 12°C was the difference at current condition at the time. At later hours, difference got less than 12°C.

At the moment Google adds 3°C coldness to Ardahan by writting "Merkez"

It changes between 2°C and 3°C how much coldness it adds to Ardahan with the word "Merkez"

Sometimes adds 2°C, sometimes adds 3°C.

Ardahan is supposed to mean Ardahan Merkez already.

Ağrı which I put the climate below,

When Turkish State Meteorological Service was showing -19°C for Ağrı in winter, Google showed -6°C for Ağrı.

That is 13°C Off.

It was probably getting more off with Ağrı in winter but that's the one I am aware in certainity.

Ardahan: -14°C (writting with the word Merkez)

Ardahan: -12°C ( writting without the word Merkez)

It also makes 1°C difference if I write "weather" or not on Google. They are typed with the word "weather" which makes the result 1°C colder on Google.
