Terrible winters. F!

Many winters ,we have colder temperature in İzmit than this city's record low and I even gave F for İzmit ( We usually have a low of -5 °C one day in January in İzmit).

E April to November is too hot but at least it stays sunny year round even in the summer with the monsoon rains
