I don't see climates that are really just an altitude moderated Cfa climate, as genuine Oceanic climates.
Well is quite difficult to have "real" Oceanic climates when your country does not overlook the Ocean...

Not only the climate is superior in Italy, it's also the better place to live: lower unemployment rate, more beautiful landscapes, richer history... Spain can't hold a candle.

Do these hill climates have warmer winters/cooler summers than adjoining lowland areas?

The oceanic effect acts to moderate both summer and winter temperatures -if a climate is just colder year round, than an adjoining lowland area, then the key difference is altitude, not increased oceanic effect.

You might want to do a bit more research on that one.

What? The only Oceanic climates that I see are the ones that are in a country that look out the Ocean, the only exeptions I see are the ones moderated by higher altitude like in Italy.

So you are saying that the high altitude moderates the winters? -what kind of a hemisphere are you guys running up there?
