I visited to two cities not that long time ago which were similar on latitiude-wise, Tblisi is a bit more than degree northern, though. It looks like such climate battle has not been done yet.

Tbilisi has a humid subtropical (Köppen climate classification Cfa) with considerable continental (Dfa) influences. Tbilisi has also an higher location: highest elevation 770 m (2,530 ft), lowest elevation 380 m.

Naples has a borderline Mediterranean (Csa) and humid subtropical climate (Cfa) in the Köppen climate classification. Naples is only 17 m asl.

Tbilisi, for the colder winters.

From April to the September temperatures are quite similar.

wow, I had no idea Tbilissi was so similar to here. I would vote for it if it was more humid / snowy / sunny, but I'm not sure.

Naples is fine for a mediterranean climate, it's actually pretty rainy.

Tbilisi probably experiences more thunderstorms. In general i am not a fan of them but we managed to see a very impressive one there in Tbilisi accompanied by a heavy rainfall and surprisingly I liked it .
