Actually forecast high tomorrow is 4C ....you probably just googled Toronto weather
and you get those inaccurate weather.com weekly forectcast graphics ...I usually
ignore it....I click on toronto.gc.ca google hit...that is accurate stuff right from
environment canada weather station at YYZ ...updated hourly.
weather.com is BS ...too bad their graphics it what shows.
And for Toronto 4C is mild ....normal high is more like -2C ....and the 4C is with sunshine,

Wunderground says 3C and that’s cold. 11C would be mild.

Wunderground I am also not a fan of ...no doubt 11C would be mild ...and can happen in january
in Toronto....but I’ll take plus 3 or 4C with sunshine, it can be a lot worse here in january
