Temperatures are perfect, precipitation as well. However, sunshine is somewhat lower than ideal and precipitation days are too high.
Overall a B

La Rochelle is an A despite its lower winter temperatures.

You should move to Minneapolis Minnesota or Fairbanks Alaska so that I can show you the true meaning of a harsh winter.

D. Too hot in August and too dull in winter.

Where is the poll?

I would never live north of FL. The 80's were harsh enough when we did have real winters.

You said Atlanta is much too cold and then this? What climate do you want?

Anyways, B/B- for me. Slightly improved version of Seattle due to warmer winters and more summer rain, despite the lower sunshine.

Solid C

Nice and mild at the exact same latitude as where I live,
my summers are warmer with much colder winters (which I prefer).

I love what i am having now the last 2 weeks. Highs around 74 to 58f and lows around 43 to 60f, cloudy and heavy rain every few days. Had almost 6" of rain in less than a week.

It is my summers i hate, with little rain and lows of 77 to 84 and dew points of 72 to 83 and highs of 88 to 96 and 24/7 sunshine.

Bayonne's averages range from 54 F to 77 F highs and 41 F to 63 F lows. That's almost exactly what you want. Bayonne is rather cloudy and rainy as well.
