A–; all it needs is damper, snowier winters. Unfortunately, summer lows are much too stable (6° C record low with 14.5° C average low = boring; would be better if the record low was <3° C).

Winter temperatures are too warm and summers too hot but not a bad climate.

If you just considered the upside-down amounts of rainfall in the summer and winter, you'd think this place was in the Southern Hemisphere.

Mediterranean climates generally don't have high amounts of rainfall in the wet season unlike some monsoonal climates. Plus, evapotranspiration is higher in summer so there is generally a tendency for summer rainfall.

Look at Kunming, Yunnan. Pretty similar precipitation patterns, right? Although Kunming is dry enough in winter to be Cwb.
