I'm not considered midwest to most, sort of a cross from south to midwest, but my forecast is rather mild minus a couple days of highs of 87. Most of my forecast is below average.

I wouldn’t consider anywhere south of Kansas City as being the Midwest LOL.

Yeah, some consider it around the Missouri state line which I'm about 30 miles from. Regardless, my temps are mostly mild in the long term forecast. We don't even have any 90's showing.

Looking at Chicago's forecast: ORD could very well post an 80F low and -14F high in the same year. Most years neither happen, so Chicago is having a pretty interesting one.
