One thing I noticed about me is that when it's raining and cool, I get headaches for some reason (of course, I have to be out in the rain). When I stay longer in the cold rain, I would eventually get migraines and nausea.

I know some people who get diarrhea from both extreme heat and cold.

How are you effected?

I'm sorry but this made me laugh.

My asthma only bothers me when it's cold, if I inhale too much cold air my chest becomes tight and it's a struggle to breathe. It's part of the reason why I'm so inactive during the winter months, which causes a temporary weight gain, again negatively impacting my physical health.

Lol...made you laugh because it's BS or that it just sounded funny? I mean, it is true. My mother is an example.

I've never heard of anyone getting diarrhea in extreme cold. Also, you live in AUS so I don't know where your mother (or whoever else you're referring to) could have possibly experienced extreme cold enough times to test that hypothesis in a statistically significant way, unless she's an avid wintertime traveler to colder countries or mountaintops. So, I call BS on the 'extreme cold' part of that statement.

In extreme heat it's much more plausible. Diarrhea is a symptom of heat exhaustion and heat stroke, and hot weather can also proliferate various digestive tract infections:

Extreme Heat May Aggravate Gastrointestinal Problems

I find that I have trouble sleeping more than just a few hours a day in summer when the lows are around 20c or if the highs are above 30c. I haven't had a good night's sleep since May.

My wife has a neurological disease called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. Her nervous system is inflamed as a very short example of this condition. When the barometer drops or rises sharply, she goes into a flare. Weather effects her profoundly.
