The record of consecutive above normal summer months survived despite the terrible first half of July. So this was the 21st consecutive summer month since August 2012 that had above average temperatures.

They have two sunshine recorders and I've been taking the average of them. Maybe they use the two different methods talked about in other threads, and so maybe Heathrow only has the one with the lower numbers.

2nd wettest July on record. More than half the rain fell in one day (July 30 had 7.70"). Also got some periods of heavy rainfall due to Hurricane Barry the middle of the month.

A good bit cooler than normal (was 0.2F from making the top 10 coolest months). First half of the month was hotter than the second half. Had a few unusually cool days with lower than normal humidity July 23-26.

Up to 49.24" of rain for the year now.

Lowest max: 79F
Highest min: 77F

Max dewpoint: 79F
Min dewpoint: 59F
Avg dewpoint: 73F

Days with thunder: 11

Had 12.61" in my rain gauge.

JULY 2019 - Speagles84's House Western Pennsylvania

Warmer than average month, warmest July in many years, even though it wasn't THAT far above average. No 90's, but the heat index did top 100F for the first time since 2003.

Was warmer than normal and above normal rainfall. Every month since 2011 has been above normal just about on temps.

In Turkey:
