One day of cold then 57 tomorrow.
Did you have the same temp as us here? 30s in morning 40s in day? Too warm outside.

You officially have more snow this season than NYC. Or maybe tied. Congrats. I miss that feeling of a nice snowstorm!

Wow! I haven't been following any winter storms across U.S at all. Keep us posted.

Current temps at 5000' and Upper height pattern. Is that trough still there??

Forecast trended a little bit colder. Hopefully it keeps going in the right direction, because these 50-degree days are unacceptable.

It was 71F at noon today then dropped to 48F by around 5 PM. Strong storms missed me, though there were a number of hail reports in the area from storms to my west. Some tornadoes in MS.

Forecast high of 47F tomorrow then a freeze predicted tomorrow night. Thursday is really the only chilly day. 60's for Friday and the weekend, and next week is looking warm and wet.

Models did not show below average temps for the entirety of January here in the southwest. There were multiple periods where warmth was agreed upon by the major ensembles.
