No, all index trackers favor warmth for much of January. NAO and AO are both positive and PNA is negative.

Locked and blocked. Upper 80's for inland FL Fri. Around 82f today inland. Fast cool down Sat for a few days and back to 80's. So far this beats Jan 1990 that was 86f on Jan 1st.
