I am making no straight forward predictions for the weather in 2020 in Indianapolis other than I am expecting different weather in 2020 than Indianapolis had in 2019. I don’t want to jinx it

Things I want in Sheffield 2020:

A dry, sunny spring with very little rain.
A proper thunderstorm (rarely ever seen, and in addition to the usual weak thundery showers that sometimes happen).
A mild autumn with average or below average rain.
A mild winter but one big snow dumping which then melts quickly.

My definition of "proper thunderstorm" means one in which it goes very dark like twilight outside, with frequent CG (every 2-3 seconds), loud booming thunder, wind driven torrents of rain, and 1-3cm hailstones briefly.

An average high of 25.2c in July 2020 would mean the July 1991-2020 average high is 24.0c.

An average high below 22.4c will give a 91-20 average high of 23.8c.
