It's like this almost every summer. Now that winters are done in FL we see very little rain from Oct to May anyways and with a west flow living right on the gulf makes it hard to get rain while just inland 2 to 20 miles will see 5 times the rain i do. There has to be a 3rd power with the force field as no matter where i live the rain goes around me and or dies out before it gets to me.

I know all about weather but not sure why rain always misses me.

111F in Montana

Cool last week of June for the Central US. Euro pushes the cool air also east as well. GFS not so much. Lets see if rain chances increase because it's been extremely dry in much of the Midwest so far this June. Record dry

But looks to be fleeting in the 10-14 day time range

They can handle the heat for a few days. Let them deal with my temps and dew points 7 months of the year.

2021 has been a hot and dry year for most of the country.

Is that kind if heat common in Montana?

Not at all. But records will keep going down and getting broke year after year.

Guess I need to correct this. Temps are forecast to be 110°F to 113°F and nights will still be in the 90's. It's going to feel like Phoenix, I'm afraid.

High of 87f , low of 66f here in the ozarks. It's been such a wet year here, but this week we have finally been dry, dry enough to begin re-staining the exterior of the log home. There are a few wet weather springs around the house that have stayed muddy and wet and made us park the trucks elsewhere. Those are finally drying. They usually stay wet in the spring but by mid may have dried out, so it's a month later than normal.

Fascinating how wet the south has been and how dry the rest of the country, even the midwest wnd parts of New England have been this year
