I posted a similar thread in 2020 after three years of data and it got a B rating.
I live in southwestern Ontario a little outside London.
My climate is now a solid Dfa climate although historically the region is Dfb using 1980-2010 averages.

What are the usual monthly minima and maxima? Knowing that would help.
I'd say A-, the April-November average temperatures look good for my ideal 4 season Dfa/Dfb alongside the appreciable but not excessive snowfall and a moderate amount of evenly distributed rain that's enough to keep things green but not enough to be a monsoon and with few enough days for plenty of outdoor fun.
However, the remainder of the year that is not ideal average-wise (conveniently the 4 winter months) would be better colder, with higha below 0C in at least January and March close to 0C for the average. For reference I like my winters anywhere between a Minneapolis winter and an Oshawa winter and this is too far outside that range in those months for A+.
Although I think I'd prefer Oceanic (ex Bilbao), mild Subtropical (ex Sydney) and tropical highland climates (ex Bucaramanga), your climate is a snowier version of what I'm used to, and quite good for a continental climate. I like that June to September are solidly warm, and May and October are quite pleasant too. And winter is not too cold either, although I bet your numbers would be quite different if they went back to 2015.

This is true. If my station included data back to 2013-14 it would definitely have colder winters. It would also have colder "record" temperatures. Sadly I did not have a proper station set up at the time.

Most of autumn and winter (November-March) has minima 2-5C warmer than within my preferred range, as does the usual coldest low, and I'd rather wait on the February usual 12C maximum for a week or 2 before the March 20 equinox. But everything else falls well within my ideal monthly maximum and minimum temperature range.
I imagine if 2014 and 2015 were included they would increase both the overall rating for the averages and extremes to at least A, because the cold in those winters (that I experienced and monitored as best I could) helps fix the not-cold-enough-issue.
Your backyard is several degrees colder than my location between November and March, and several degrees warmer between May and September. No surprise, April and October are very similar in both locations. However, I am at 51 degrees north, so daylight hours from November to February here are almost 60 minutes less than southern ON at 42 degrees north. Moderate year round rainfall in both locations is pretty similar, and percentage of cloud cover is probably similar in both locations.
The big difference is that your average snowfall is much more than most places in Germany or western-central Europe that are below 400 meters elevation.
I prefer Windsor, Ontario climate, which is slightly warmer.
Interesting that november (7c/0c) is a bit below normal for the area ...I think mainly
because of a couple of well below normal novembers ....2018 and 2019.
