It's cooler than London for the 1961-1990 period but unlike the UK, Western Russia has experienced a lot of summer warming in recent years. Summers in the UK have barely changed at all in the past 15 years.

I hadn't looked at a forecast in a while and... Geez what do I see? I hope this isn't a mirage, though I can't really complain about the very comfortable weather we've been having since the onset of summer.

Could even Paris get summery temps? Gosh settled weather is so frustratingly fleeting there.
