The averages for September are 16/9. If that 8C low forecast for Sunday is just a little bit warmer we might end up above average every day and every night for the first half of the month
Damn, that heat is so close but yet so far. And yeah, we went down to 5C last night.
Yes, the biggest deviations from 61-90 averages seem to occur somewhere in Poland and Germany. In the meantime quite cool in somewhere in Russia. Now wo forecasts 25c for some places in my area but less for my own place.
