Eh, not quite. More like 7.8C in Jan & Feb, with 34 air frosts on average.

The always reliable accuweather 6 week forecast has no frosts for us, the last day on the forecast being 17 October.

january is 8.1c and feb is 8.0c and december is 8.9c
